About it
A clear plastic sheet you tape over the inside of a drafty window and shrink tight with a hair dryer. Turns a single-pane window into something closer to a double-pane one for one winter, for about eighteen dollars - it's the cheapest window upgrade there is.
Fitting it
Tape around the window frame, stick the film on, run a hair dryer over it until the wrinkles vanish - 20 minutes per window, no tools beyond a hair dryer and scissors
