About it
A thermostat with a touchscreen that learns when you're home and turns the heat and air conditioning down when you're not. It trims heating and cooling bills by roughly a fifth, and most provinces give you money back on the purchase.
Fitting it
Swap for your old thermostat with a screwdriver; most homes take 30 minutes. If you have no common wire, the included power adapter handles it.
