About it
A thermostat for the electric heating mat under a tile floor, with a floor temperature sensor. Heated bathroom floors are usually left on all day; scheduling one properly cuts that cost roughly in half.
Fitting it
Breaker off, swap for the existing floor thermostat and reconnect the floor sensor - about 30 minutes

Good to know
